Scheduling
Office Hours
If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Albert Haddad and Dr. Philip Haddad provide many types of services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Appointments are in high demand and when you book an appointment, that time is set aside especially for you. Avoid cancellation or rescheduling charges ($250 or more depending on appointment service and duration) by providing our office with a minimum of 2 business days notice. If you have an emergency or are sick, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention. We do not consider work conflicts to be emergencies. This cancellation policy is necessary for our small business to continue helping patients in need of treatment.
If you need to make changes to a scheduled appointment, please speak directly with our receptionists as soon as possible. Cancellation or rescheduling requests are not accepted on our voicemail machine. Should you need to notify our clinic after business hours, please email us to submit your notice and we will contact you upon our return. Please note, if you miss more than one appointment, future bookings and missed appointment fees must be prepaid prior to rescheduling.
