Soft Food Diet Suggestions

Breakfast

Yogurt, Scrambled eggs, Bread -€“ Soft, crustless bread can be spread with cream cheese and seedless jelly, avoid breads with a lot of grains in it. Oatmeal, or Cold cereal - a flaky rice-based cereal such as Rice Krispies, soak up milk and become mushy.

Lunch and Dinner

Soup, Mashed potatoes, Baked potatoes, Pasta add a sauce that doesn’t have chunks in it. Macaroni and cheese, Fish, Tuna salad, and Egg salad but avoid “extras” such as celery bits.

Sides and Desserts

Applesauce, Cottage cheese, Avocado, Pudding, Ice cream, Muffins, Milkshakes, Fruit Smoothies, Jello.
